I’m Angelina — a chef with both Mediterranean and American roots, raised between the bubbling pots of my grandmother’s rustic kitchen and the glossy pages of culinary magazines. Food has always been the heartbeat of my home. From a young age, I watched my mother — a gifted chef — create magic with every stir of the spoon. Her passion lit a spark in me that never faded.

With years of experience, travels across vibrant food cultures, and a deep love for sharing what I’ve learned, I created Cooking Flare to help bring that same spark to your kitchen.

My culinary journey began in my mother’s restaurant, where I learned that food is more than a recipe — it’s a memory, a gesture, a celebration. I spent my childhood peeling vegetables at her side, absorbing the art of seasoning with instinct and cooking with heart.
